A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"Really good broken rice Com Tam. The grilled pork is tasty and not dry, the rice is soft, and the fish sauce is just right. Portions are filling and everything tastes fresh. Service is fast and staff are friendly. Definitely worth the price."
"Le Vien Café is my favorite spot in Philadelphia! Their bánh mì is seriously the best I’ve had here!!!!!!! crispy, fresh, and full of flavor. The Thai green tea and Thai red tea are so good, just the right sweetness. I also love the spacious and chill atmosphere, makes it perfect to hang out or grab a quick bite. Definitely coming back!"
"such a cute and aesthetic store i brought two drinks and tipped a dollar and it was almost $16 bucks so it was a bit pricey and the drinks were not full to the rim but the drinks were good i got the guava green tea and the rice milk tea the guava was a bit sweet for my preference and it didnt have a sugar adjustment on the screen that i ordered from but it was still good and the rice milk tea i ordered less ice but it was the same amount of ice in my guava"
"I come here every weekend and every time, it never tends to fail my expectations! The caramel coffee latte is my go-to, but the new coffee-- salted caramel foam coffee, is also yummy too the bánh mís are worth their pricing, and there's also a Pokémon guy with decent pricing (also does tradings). This is a great place to hang out either for studying or with friends"
"Stopped by after grabbing a cake from the Paris Baguette next door. We got a vietnamese coffee with condensed milk, strawberry green tea, and a Pork Ham Bahn mi to share. The drinks were honestly a bit too sweet for us (as a personal preference) so we waited for the ice to water it down. The bread for the bahn mi was different than what we’re used to. It was a soft and chewy with a light toast. Different from the traditional baguette where it scratches the roof of your mouth into oblivion. While the flavor of the bread falls a bit flat, I did enjoy the texture. The filling was also not bad. The paté and pork deli were flavorful enough to make up for the bread. Overall not a bad experience. Plus the interior was cutely decorated for Autumn with maple leaf decor. Big and spacious enough that with some more tables and chairs, they could rent out the space as a small party venue."
"The caramel viet coffee here is like no other, the coffee is rich and bold. I was recommended the strawberry matcha latte by a friend, and I'm glad I tried it because the ratio of the matcha and strawberry was perfect! Not only that but the pork chop over rice had to be the perfect lunch to pair with the two drinks I got. I suggest you visit"
"Second time visited. Not disappointed. Spacious place, I think they could use more tables and chairs for customers but at least not feeling compacted like other boba places. Bao buns are so delicious. Very unique sauce. 9/10 a must try Shrimp pop corn balls are very different from other places. Strawberry tea was so refreshing. Not too sweet and does taste like tea 9/10 Black milk tea was not milky, not watery, on point, carries good amount of black tea taste, not too sweet also 9/10 Trying hoagies next time."
"Their egg drop sandwich is sooooooo good absolutely cinema! Gonna come next time with a un-spicy order tho with some banh mi!Will be good for breakfast. Just a little long wait but that’ll be okay. I like the comfortable environment too."
